Official Transcripts are $5 per copy. Allow several business days for processing official transcript requests.

1. Online order through Parchment.com – credit card payments only
   • Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express accepted
   • Order your transcript
   • Check transcript order status
2. In-Person requests are for pick-up only. Form available at Student Accounts (1 st floor of the Technology Center)
   • All requests must include the student’s signature
   • Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express

Free unofficial transcripts are available

• In-person at Records and Registration with photo ID (1 st floor of the Technology Center)
• Online, log into your myRCC account then go to Self-Service in the My Apps section and click on the link for Academic Transcript on your Student Profile
